Before using our online store, we advise you to carefully read our terms and conditions of business. By proceeding with your online shopping at SWY Brand you are fully agreeing to all of them. Company SWY Brand d.o.o. reserves the right to change conditions at online store SWY Brand. All changes are binding to the customer, so we advise you to regularly check terms and conditions.

General terms and conditions of the online store and information about the provider

The general terms and conditions of the SWY Brand online store are drawn up in accordance with Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov (ZVPot), Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov (ZVOP-1) and Zakon o elektronskih komunikacijah (ZEKom-1). The SWY Brand online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by SWY Brand d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as the company / store / SWY Brand. The user is the person who uses our system, i.e. the customer in the online store. Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address (which he determines in his profile) and a password. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the SWY Brand online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The user is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her acquaintance with them by placing an order.

Availability of information

The company undertakes to always provide the user with the following information:

  • Company identity (company name and registered office, registration number).
  • Contact addresses (e-mail, telephone).
  • Essential characteristics of the goods (including sales services and warranties) and the period of validity of this information.
  • Availability of products (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time).
  • Terms of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method of delivery, place and approximate delivery time).
  • All prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously set and clearly show whether they already include taxes and transport costs and other charges, and the period of validity of this information.
  • Method of payment and delivery/completion, and the validity period of this information.
  • Time validity of the offer.
  • Deadline within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal (description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43c ZVPot). In cases where the user does not have the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43c ZVPot, he is explicitly informed about it.
  • An explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service.
  • With a one-time registration in the SWY Brand online store via e-mail, the visitor becomes a member of the SWY Brand online store. Thus, the member (hereinafter also the user) acquires the right to purchase in the online store SWY Brand. Upon registration in the SWY Brand online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password. The username and password of a SWY Brand member are unambiguously identified and linked to the data entered. Registration is also possible during the purchase process itself.

Online shopping

Online shopping is available 24 hours a day all year long. User is choosing and ordering products that are divided in categories and available at the online store.

Shopping in our online store is safe and simple.

It takes 5 steps to complete a purchase at our SWY Brand online store; adding the chosen products to the cart, checking the shopping cart, filling the billing and delivery form, choosing the type of delivery and payment and confirming order. The chosen products are then delivered to your address as soon as possible.

By clicking on the shopping cart icon, you can see the list of products that have been added. If you want to view the list of added products and total order value (without the shipping cost) click on Shopping cart button. There is also the option to enter discount code by clicking Enter Discount code button. When you are done shopping simply click on Checkout button. Fill the form with all the billing information (name, surname, company name, country, street address, postal code, city, telephone number and e-mail) first. There is also an option to choose a different delivery address, if not entered, the products will be shipped to the billing address. You can write any preferences in the comment section. Under your order tab choose the preferred payment and delivery method. By accepting our terms and condition you finish the order by clicking Buy now button.

After you complete your order you will receive an e-mail with order confirmation. The list of products, quantities and total value is included. If you wish to change or cancel the order, please contact us at [email protected] making sure you include the order number.

You will receive the second e-mail; »Your order from day…« confirming your order is in the waiting line. Usually it takes about 5min to receive the e-mail but times may vary from different email clients.

After the order has been placed

SWY Brand reserves the right to reject the order in the event that the item is no longer in stock or the stated price is obviously incorrect. This can arise in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which we will notify you as soon as possible. In case of ambiguity, verification of data or ensuring correct delivery, we can call you on the telephone number you provided when placing the order.

We will prepare the goods within the agreed time and send them to your address. You will also be informed about this via e-mail with the notification “Your order is completed”. In the event that you have ordered goods that cannot be delivered within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you of the new delivery time by phone or by e-mail.

The user can also be informed about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of items via e-mail. If the delivery time is very long and the user does not want to wait, he or she can report this to [email protected] or by phone at +386 40 203 135 to remove the item from the order. SWY Brand will return any funds already paid to the user who can then decide whether to get the rest of the order shipped or cancel the entire order. If the supplier does not confirm the availability of the ordered items no later than two weeks from the date of placing the order, SWY Brand may reject the user’s order on the grounds that the item is not available. The user’s order is canceled on the day of rejection. SWY Brand does not take any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of items that SWY Brand does not have in stock in its own warehouse. Exception being intentional damage or damage caused through negligence by SWY Brand d.o.o. or by the person for whom the company is liable.

SWY Brand processes and ships the order or prepares the order for personal collection within the agreed deadline and notifies the user via e-mail, Instagram messages or SMS. In an e-mail, SWY Brand also informs the user about the policy of withdrawal from the contract, where he or she can turn in the case of delay in delivery or in the case of complaint. SWY Brand cannot receive SMS messages that are a response to the notification on the preparation and dispatch of the shipment by the courier (GLS or Pošta Slovenija). Users are asked not to respond to those SMS messages, but to contact us directly via the listed contacts (e -mail and phone).

In the event that the user decides to cancel the order in time, he or she must immediately notify the company on the general helpline number +386 40 203 135 or by e-mail at [email protected] If it happens that the order has already been shipped, the user must reject the shipment to the delivery service.

The purchase contract between the company and the user is concluded at the moment when the company confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the company and the buyer. Prices are valid until changed; the company can change them without prior notice. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the company will notify the user. The company will always do its best in any case to provide the user with a lower price or. offer an appropriate solution that will go to mutual satisfaction. Otherwise, the company SWY Brand d.o.o. earns the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the paid purchase price to the user. The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on the SWY Brand server and is accessible to the user. Contracts on the website www.swybrand.si are concluded only in the Slovenian language.

SWY Brand d.o.o. is not responsible for any errors (grammatical, typing and others) in connection with the price of items. In case of any errors, the user will be notified.

If you want to order by phone, call us at +386 40 203 135, Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 15:00. When ordering by phone, we will need the same information as when ordering online. When ordering by phone, you can choose to pay exclusively by proforma invoice. It is not possible to order via e-mail.

Payment options

In our online shop you can choose from the following payment options:

  • Proforma invoice (you will receive all the required information via e-mail); payment deadline is 5 days. After the payment deadline, the company SWY Brand no longer guarantees the reservation for the ordered products.
  • Pay Pal; payment with credit card trough PayPal online banking system. PayPal offers safe (it is considered one of the safest banking systems in the world) payment online with credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express). ** After the payment has been made your order is moved to processing stage.



After your order has been delivered you will receive the invoice from SWY Brand via e-mail. You can see the detailed pricing and all the order expenses on the invoice. There is also a notice about rights to withdraw from the contract. User is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order as any subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.


All prices at the online store are in Euros and contain tax(DDV), unless stated otherwise. Discounted price is the reduced regular price under which the product is sold for definite or indefinite time. Product price does not include shipping costs. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with our approved payment options, under our terms and conditions. Despite our best efforts the pricing errors can occur. In this case the company SWY Brand allows the user to cancel the order. There is no interest on payments by gift certificates, bonuses and proforma invoices. Gift certificates and discount codes cannot be exchanged for the money. Discounts and coupons are generally not added together, unless otherwise stated!

Credit and debit cards

In the case of payment by debit or credit card, the following conditions also apply:

  • The payer (data in the user’s account) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the credit or debit card.
  • In the event that the data of the payer on the account and the person on the payment or credit/debit card do not match, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
  • After confirming the receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the content of the order or the final amount of the contract, except exceptionally with the approval of the company.


Discount codes

The discount code or promotional code brings various benefits when purchasing through the SWY Brand online store. You can find the active code on the title page of the advertising message, in the SWY Brand advertising e-mail or in other media. The code brings various benefits, from gifts to discounts. Any code is always limited in time and must be redeemed within a limited time, otherwise it is invalid. In the event that the user uses the discount code and later cancels the order with the used code on his own will, he or she is no longer entitled to a new benefit from this code.

Discount codes do not add up and do not apply to products on sale, unless stated otherwise.

Using Discount codes

  • Select the items you want to buy and put them in the cart. When you have finished adding items to the cart, continue by clicking on the Checkout button. Enter personal information and select the delivery method, specify the delivery address and select the payment method.
  • In the same step, click the button Have a coupon? Click here to enter the code, enter the discount code in the Coupon Code field and confirm the entry by clicking on the Enter Coupon button. In case you want to take advantage of several discount codes at the same time, simply repeat the process.
  • When you enter discount codes, the value of the discount codes is automatically deducted from the price of your order. What is left is an amount that still needs to be paid.
  • The discount code can also be a one-time code, which means you can only use it once.
  • A combination of different forms of benefits (discount code, promotional code and bonus) within the same order is not possible in principle.



Our contractual partner for delivery in Slovenia and abroad is Pošta Slovenije, but SWY Brand reserves the right to choose another delivery service if thus the order can be fulfilled more efficiently.

Product Dispatch

All items in the SWY Brand online store have availability information. Availability data is stated in working days.

Product Properties

Photographs of products are symbolic thereby do not guarantee the properties of the products (color deviation especially is quite possible). The company does not undertake the correctness and completeness of the data on the pages of the online store (text or image material).

Maintance of products containing print

All products in our offer are carefully selected and represent a top quality in their industry. The products are printed in the transfer technique at 190 ° C, so we recommend ironing on the back of the print. The washing temperature should not exceed 30 ° C. It also helps to turn the garment inside out before washing. Dry cleaning and the use of aggressive cleaners is not suitable. Drying should be done at normal temperatures, direct exposure to sunlight is not advised due to fading. We do not recommend tumble drying! The use of bleach is not appropriate.

Canceling the order

The placed order can be canceled by the user at no additional cost until the receipt of an electronic message about the shipment of goods. Order cancellation can only be done at [email protected]

Upon cancellation, the user must provide the following information:

  • order number,
  • name and surname of the customer,
  • address of the customer.

In case of non-delivery of products from the order, the company reserves the right to cancel the order if the user does not respond to the company’s message. Prior to that, the company will inform the user via e-mail and / or contact him at the telephone number provided when ordering. In the event that the user does not respond within ten (10) working days, the company may cancel the submitted order. Users who have previously paid for the order via bank transfer, Pay Pal or credit card will be refunded within five (5) business days of canceling the order.


Damaged, destroyed or lost shipment

In the case of advance payment, the company is not liable for cases of physical damage, destruction or loss of the shipment, as well as if there is a lack of content in the shipment or if the shipment shows signs openings (packaging has visible damage). from the moment the delivery company picks up the shipment. In all these cases, the user must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije, thereby carry the shipment to the nearest post office in the same condition as it was received, without adding or removing anything, and fill in the complaint report. Security of purchase

The company uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. For these purposes, the company uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization. Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data at banks. Card information is not stored on the company’s server.

Customer/user responsibilities

The user is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and notify the company of any errors within eight (8) days of receipt. Subsequent complaints are not considered valid. Your credit card will be charged directly upon confirmation of your order. The amount that will be charged to your card may differ from the amount stated on our site, as it depends on the surcharges or fees of your card issuer (and / or card provider) applied during the transaction process.

We are not responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges set by your bank, as well as for any other additional fees for foreign currency transactions charged to you by the issuer of your card, in case the EURO is not the currency in which your credit card issuer issues invoices.

Protection of personal data

SWY Brand d.o.o. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and ZVOP-1.

For information on the processing of personal data, see the Privacy Policy. The user must be aware that he is obliged to provide the online trader with his personal data in the correct and true form, and he is also obliged to inform the online trader about the change of his data. By accepting these conditions, the user confirms that the personal data provided by him are correct.

Communication between the company and the customer/user

The SWY Brand company will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object to this, and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1.

The company’s advertising emails will contain the following components:

  • They will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages.
  • The sender SWY Brand will be clearly visible.
  • Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such, and the conditions for participation in them will be clearly defined.
  • The method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented.
  • The user’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the company.

SWY Brand advertising messages will be clearly visible and clearly separated from games and competitions.


The SWY Brand online store is owned by SWY Brand d.o.o., all rights reserved. The content on the websites may contain material, the copyright of which may also be the property of third parties. Therefore, any transmission of information from the websites is only allowed with the written consent of the owner. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

SWY Brand makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its websites is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the company is unable to correct the information on the website in time. In such cases, the company will notify the user of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item. The company has the option to withdraw from the contract only if an obvious error is established (46. člen OZ). An obvious error is considered to be a defect in the essential characteristics of the item and all errors that are considered decisive according to the user of the store or the intention of the customers and which the company would not confirm or conclude the contract in case of knowledge. This also includes obvious price errors.

Complaints and disputes

The company respects the applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to ensure an effective complaint handling system. SWY Brand d.o.o. is aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs incurred in resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, SWY Brand strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably. The company must acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) working days, inform the user how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.


Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms, SWY Brand d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with Zakon o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov. SWY Brand d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS).

That regulation derives from the Zakon o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov, Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
