Oatmeal is a great choice for breakfast or snack, because oats are high in fiber. As a result they are digested more slowly and will give you a longer feeling of satiety.
Our oatmeal has no sugar added, but due to sweeteners it still achieve a superior sweet taste.
Easy to prepare:
2 tablespoons oatmeal
2 dcl water/milk
Mix the oatmeal with the water or milk of your choice to form a lump-free mass. You can cook it on low heat with constant stirring, until thickened to taste. You can also put it in the microwave for one minute, take it out, stir and put it back in the microwave for one minute. For a better taste you can add some fruit, peanut butter, protein spread, greek yogurt, granola, etc.
